The Eiffel Tower Stadium : PARIS 2024

Le Stade de la Tour Eiffel Champs de Mars

Located between the Eiffel Tower and the École Militaire in the 7th arrondissement, the Champ de Mars is one of the largest green spaces in Paris, covering 24.5 hectares. Named after the Roman god of war, Mars, the park will become a key venue for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games...

From 2021, a temporary structure known as the Stade Tour Eiffel will be built to complement the Grand Palais Éphémère (also known as the Arena Champ de Mars), located on Place Joffre to the south of the site. This open-air stadium, with a capacity of 12,860 spectators, will host the beach volleyball and cecifoot (5-a-side football for the Paralympic Games) competitions. After the Games, there will be no trace of the ephemeral Eiffel Tower Stadium on the Champ-de-Mars, as it will be dismantled. The Champ-de-Mars will remain the splendid place to live, gather and meet that it was before the Games.

Competition Schedule

Beach volleyball: from 27 July to 10 August 2024
Cécifoot (5-a-side football): from 30 August to 7 September 2024
